Scott Kay is the Director of Integrity Plus Accounting, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and businesses take control of their finances with clarity and confidence.

Before founding Integrity Plus in 2014, Scott held senior roles at leading firms including HLB Mann Judd, Hudson Financial, and Sheltons Group. At HLB Mann Judd, he specialised in high-net-worth and expatriate tax planning, business sales, and compliance for family groups. At Hudson Financial, he led cloud accounting transitions, helping clients streamline operations and adopt Xero for greater efficiency. At Sheltons Group, Scott worked closely with foreign investors, guiding them through the complex process of establishing and running businesses in Australia, including payroll, tax, and compliance support.

At Integrity Plus, Scott brings a hands-on, personalised approach to accounting. He works with a wide range of clients—from sole traders to growing SMEs—providing support across tax, business advisory, budgeting, cash flow, and goal setting. His focus is on making accounting easy to understand and helping clients make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.

Glenn Swane is a Chartered Accountant at Integrity Plus Accounting, with over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and superannuation. Based in Melbourne and working remotely, Glenn supports clients across Australia with clear, practical advice tailored to individuals, small businesses, and SMSF trustees.

Before joining Integrity Plus in early 2024, Glenn held senior roles at firms including Roberts & Morrow, Rathdowne Financial Management, AMP, Ryan & Rankmore, Salmon Giles, I-MED Radiology Network, and SKILLED Group. Across these roles, he developed broad expertise in tax compliance, SMSF administration, investment diversification strategies, retirement planning, and financial statement preparation.

Glenn also has a strong interest in public speaking and financial education, having spent several years with Toastmasters International to sharpen his ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a simple, engaging way.

With a deep technical background and a clear, client-first approach, Glenn is committed to helping people make informed financial decisions with confidence and clarity.

Practice Manager – Integrity Plus Accounting

Katherine Kay is the Practice Manager at Integrity Plus Accounting, bringing over a decade of operational leadership, client service, and administration expertise to the firm. Since joining in 2015, Katherine has played a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and that every client receives friendly, responsive, and reliable support.

With a background that spans education, casework, nonprofit administration, and office management, Katherine brings a unique blend of empathy, structure, and people-first thinking to her role. Prior to joining Integrity Plus, she held positions at Baptist World Aid Australia, YWCA NSW, and NSW Department of Education, where she worked with diverse communities, coordinated youth programs, and supported children with additional needs.

At Integrity Plus, Katherine manages day-to-day operations, supports the accounting team, and acts as the first point of contact for many clients. Her ability to keep things running behind the scenes allows the team to focus on delivering timely, high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Katherine is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and creating a welcoming, professional experience at every stage of their financial journey.
